If you receive your print or original art and it is damaged, contact me within 30 days of receiving it, and we can arrange a return and/or a full refund.
If it was a damaged print and you'd like another of the same print or want to choose a different one, I will send you one for free.

If you receive a damaged custom commission, contact me and let me know! I can issue you a refund of 1/3 of the price of your piece. This partial refund is due to the time, materials, and effort used to make a commission.
Any refunds/returns won't be made until proof of damage via email!
You are responsible for the shipping costs of your returns.
